Woman in a Cloak There was a woman in a cloak, she had the antidote I had to come on inside and see, she said 'let me see your palms, I believe your darkness has come, can't see the forest for the trees. Confused in the wilderness, chaos like the sun. Is it peaceful there?' She said, 'lay low on the table and breath' the sugar she talked put me to sleep, I climbed through mountains, trees and swam the seas, calling out thunder, lightning in my dreams When I awoke there was a flower that I'd ignored for far too long There was a woman in a cloak, she had the antidote I had to come on inside and see.

So Complex So complex, she's become So complex, she's become "I'm happy," she said. But, that's not what was in her head. I should have known she never added up. I've been such a blinded fool, secure she'd never keep me in the dark. Since she's gone and flipped the switch. She said, "Face the truth. You need me much more than I need you" She said, "one last time," Made me smile when I wanted to die, a bitter contradiction, so sublime Calculated woman, says, "It's me not you. You don't love me. You just think you do." Should have known she never added up So Complex So Complex So Complex So Complex

Class War 03:24
Class War Rent their House
Rent their Money
I need a lot more to live
than they leave me
yeah I need a lot more to live Lost years in a moments doubt
Now bankers own me inside and out
Rich men cashing in , Basking in the plight of the poor,
"What A bore", you say "It's nothing new, the way that it is,
It's never going to change,
We work to pay their way, as it is."
Class warfare that's their game It's an old saw,
The poor pay more, it's a bore but hey,
It's just the truth don't let it get you down.
We're low caste, indentured.
Our politicians an talking heads drive in messages consoling while controlling us more. We're their whore.
We say, "It's nothing new the way that it is. It's never going to change. We work to pay their way, as it is. " Class warfare, that's their game It's all right on
We get by on what we get by on.

Brief Interlude with a God When you picked me up in your car to go down and you told me I could wear your coat cause it was cold, well I knew I better get ready for the long drive I thought that you'd been counting on something, that just might not be happening to you I thought it'd be the same old story that you told me in your bedroom, that you could only go so far, and how everything, everything got in your way Didn't know just who you were, or where you fit in and didn't know just who you were or were you fit in and Instead you proceeded to tell me about a weird dude, outside your house, he was painting the trees gold and flying with wings on He was opening up portholes to galaxies in the lawn As you stood in disbelief, well he saw you he saw you and he winked and then he beckoned you to come, but oh no you just couldn't come and and then he beckoned you to come, but oh no you just couldn't come and He even created a pony with a saddle and your name on it Well I just laughed and laughed, and said 'tell me more, tell me more' and the finish is that he hovered above the ground smiling, smiling and winking at you, and then he just disappeared without a trace, trace into outer space

I Would Eat His Heart My flashback theater shows things that i tried so hard to forget the movies never end screens are lit up inside of my head reflecting me in violent dirty scenes I'm panicking All the time I re-live again the smell of him and the taste I feel his weight his fists, his mouth, his hate next to my face all the time if what they say is true we'll always be the stars of the psycho films in my head wish i could change my parts I would take him apart with my hands i would take him apart I would take him apart with my hands I would take him apart And I would eat his heart

Swing Spent the winter being poor, Smokin and drinking, and not much more Tried to find myself some medicine, tried to get back with and old fling It made me feel worse about everything Everything, everything, everything, everything Angels told me I was getting old I couldn't use the same mistakes anymore Father told me to be a man, what does it mean to be a man I'll build a castle to live in I'll build a castle to hang myself in From the gallows I'll hang and swing From the gallows I'll hang and swing,

Criminal Hey Hey What'd ya do? Hey Hey they're looking for you are you afraid they're going to find you, guilty as chraged? Their voices carry The news of your hiding place, the news of your crime you've been an underground, figure for a time. But now that's all run out. It's harder and harder to be anonymous in such a small town. They'll root through the gutters to the tops of the hills they'll hunt you down. Their voices carry You never thought it would come to this did you? You were sure you'd steal away. But your legs are tired and aching Every friend's forsaken you forsaken you forsaken you forsaken you Hey Hey What'd ya do? Hey hey They're looking for you Are you afraid they're going to find you the voices you've heard you know when they find you they'll see justice is served their voices carry

The Plains behind the Hills I'm traveling the plains behind the hills, the place where your handsome pills have taken a hold on me, on me Waiting for a light that you can shine, because the shadows are very dark, and I've been alone for far too long, too long Stars like memories they hold my faith, seems like infinity, how long must I wait so that the sun may shine on my horizons, so that the sun may shine on my tomorrows Took me in and tore me apart, you drugged me and left me in the dark, I should've know right from the start I was dealing with the hardest of hearts Couldn't find my way back home, you drugged me and left me all alone, should've known right from the start I was dealing with the hardest of hearts Stars like memories they hold my faith, seems like infinity, won't your memory fade so that the sun may shine on my horizons, so that the sun may shine on my tomorrows
